She married 16 January 1807, Hanover County, Virginia, to Philip P. Winn, born 27 July 1773, Virginia, died 20 March 1843, Maury County, Tennessee, buried one mile southwest of Mount Pleasant, Maury County, Tennessee. Jenny Sims was Philip P. Winn’s second wife. Jenny married when she was thirty-two years old. Philip P. Winn married first, 16 November 1797, to Martha “Patsy” Duke. Phillip Winn paid taxes in Louisa County, Virginia, in 1800. Philip P. Winn was a purchaser in Louisa County, 28 November 1800, at the sale of the estate of George Matlock. 1 July 1805, in Goochland County, Virginia, Philip P. Winn was surety for the marriage bond of George Duke to Nancy Crenshaw, daughter of Benjamin Crenshaw. Thomas Crenshaw was the witness.
